Connect Facebook to your Deskie account

I'd advise you to connect your company's Facebook Business page to your Deskie account as a communication channel and then embed it in your website widget. This way, your customers will see that they can contact you via Facebook, and your support agents will be able to respond to posts, comments on posts and direct messages directly from the Deskie interface.
